PRICES AND PAYMMENT
By shopping with www.odeata.com, you are agreeing to accept the following conditions, under which we provide all our content and services.
PRICES
All prices on the Odeata website are quoted in EUR and USD vat included.
Orders paying via PayPal will be processed in EUR.
The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank.
Postage and handling charges are not included in the item pricing, these are calculated upon checkout.
We care to ensure that the price of product that you order is correct however it is possible that may be incorrectly priced. We will check prices before accepting your order and contact you if there is any inaccuracy.
We accept payments from customers all over the world
PAYMENT METHODS ARE:
1.Paypal
Odeata accepts secure payment via Paypal. Credit card purchases are handled via the Paypal payment system to ensure safe and secure payment. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Please note – you are NOT required to have or create a Paypal account to pay with credit card. Odeata will not store your credit card details.
2.Direct Back Transfer
After the order is completed, you will get an example of payment details. This payment option is only available to Croatian citizens.
3.Cash On Delivery -you will pay ordered goods on delivery. This option is only available for those who have a delivery address in Croatia.
4. Card Payment via CorvusPay secure card
Use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
All items for sale at www.odeata.com are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are current and error free. The colours shown are representational only. Actual colours on finished pieces may vary from colours displayed. Colours are mixed and applied by hand and will therefore always vary (which is part of the charm of our ceramics). Due to the slight temperature variations that can occur during the firing process or the position of the piece in the kiln, colours of (under)glazes as well as the clay itself may vary between pieces.
Please note that due to the different settings in monitors the colours might also vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
